Withdrawing from a purchase

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract for a digital product or service within 14 calendar days of concluding the contract, unless a legal exception applies. Send a clear notice before the deadline to [email protected] or SIA CarContact, Rudens iela 3–38, Rīga, LV-1082, Latvia. No reason is required. You may use the withdrawal form.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of withdrawal rights requires the legal conditions to be met: prior express consent to start supply, acknowledgement of losing the right and proper contract confirmation. Services are subject to their applicable rules. Payment or VIN binding alone does not remove withdrawal rights.

Reimbursement and purchase problems

For a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay, normally within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless another method without additional cost is agreed. Charges for services already supplied apply only where legal requirements are met. A refunded purchase no longer provides its licence rights.

Contact support with the order number for duplicate charges, missing access or non-conformity. Mandatory rights to correction, a price reduction or termination continue after the withdrawal period. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund.
